In addition to your autobiography, you will need to create an original two minute documentary that conveys one of the following: “A moment in relation to Alzheimer’s disease when you learned something about your understanding of the disease, learned something about caregiving, or decided to become a community volunteer/activist.” This video cannot be entered into any other competition, past or future, and it must contain royalty-free images that lack depictions of illegal activity.
